CONCORD ó The city will dedicate the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Plaza at 2:30 p.m. Sunday on Cabarrus Avenue. The city broke ground for the project on King’s birthday earlier this year. The project has been funded by a special distribution from the Concord Alcoholic Beverage Control Board.
