GRANITE QUARRY ó Brad Kluttz is seeking re-election to the Granite Quarry Board of Aldermen.
Kluttz, 44, has served four years on the board.
He has enjoyed serving as alderman these past four years and would like to continue for a second term, Kluttz said.
Kluttz is a production manager at Supply One Rockwell. He graduated from East Rowan and Rowan-Cabarrus Community College. Kluttz is also a lifelong member of Shiloh United Methodist Church in Granite Quarry.
He wants to see growth in development without a tax increase to the citizens.
It’s encouraging to him that the current board works well together.
“We have had a lot of new projects in the making with one rather large housing development and also a new recycling program in the process,” Kluttz said.
He said he looks forward to helping the town get through these tough economic times, and “see better times again without having to raise taxes. we have a great team in place.”
The following have also filed for the Granite Quarry race: Eloise Peeler, alderman.
