The Spencer Jaycees are seeking contestants for the Miss Spencer-Rowan Pageant.
The pageant will be held Aug. 29 as part of the Spencer Jaycees’ Street Dance. Applications and more information are available by contacting Amanda Bowman at 704-637-6080.
Miss Spencer-Rowan contestants must be between 17 and 26 years old and be a resident of Rowan County. Contestants will be judged on interview and poise/personality.
The winner will receive a $300 college scholarship and serve as Miss Holiday Caravan in the Holiday Caravan parade. Applications must be postmarked by Aug 15.
