The Salisbury Police Department is seeking assistance in the investigation of a possible kidnapping that occurred around 4 p.m. Sunday at Latin Mix, located at 931 S. Fulton St.
Michael “Mikie” Rustin was last seen at this location accompanied by two Hispanic males. It is believed that Rustin was taken against his will by the men, who were operating a blue 2000-2005 Chevrolet Impala.
The vehicle has chrome trim work on the door pillar between the front and rear doors and has five-spoke rims.
Rustin is a black male, 33 years old. He is 5 feet 8 inches tall, and weighs approximately 140 to 160 pounds. He has short hair and a mustache with a goatee.
