Kannapolis History Associates quarterly meeting Feb. 16
KANNAPOLIS ó Kannapolis History Associates will hold its quarterly membership meeting at 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 16, at Kimball Lutheran Church.
The speaker will be Dr. Gary Freeze, chairman of the history and politics department at Catawba College. In his talk, “Finding the Global in the Local,” he will review the new book, “Kannapolis, a Pictorial History,” by comparing the community to its context.
