Abundant Living Adult Day Services Inc. is presenting a free seminar for family caregivers from 5:30-7 p.m. Tuesday, April 28.
Called “Throw Me a Line! A Caregiver’s Life Preserver,” the seminar is a provided free to family caregivers. Free sitter service will be available for adults requiring care.
Participants will learn how to manage caregiver stress, ask for help, be proactive and take care of themselves first.
The seminar will be held at Abundant Living Day Services, 1416 S. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave.
