Free car seat check
Smart Start Rowan will host a free car seat check sponsored by Rowan County Safe Kids Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 1839 W. Jake Alexander Blvd. A drawing will be held for a free toddler car seat. People wanting their car seat checked can drop in or call to schedule a convenient time.
