The Rowan County Department of Social Services is asking for help locating a missing 9-month-old boy.
William Sean Perry Jr. is in the legal custody of Social Services and should be returned immediately. Anyone with any information about William’s whereabouts is asked to call local law enforcement and notify Social Services at 704-216-8498.
