Murdock keynote speaker at Charlotte Chamber event
California billionaire David Murdock will be the keynote speaker at the Charlotte Chamber’s annual fall planning retreat.
The session will be held Oct. 7-8 in Pinehurst, according to published reports.
Murdock’s presentation, “Leadership & Vision,” will kick off the two-day event, which brings together Charlotte’s business and community leaders to discuss the city’s critical issues and to identify the chamber’s priorities for the upcoming year.
Murdock’s company, Castle & Cooke is developing the N.C. Research Campus in Kannapolis.
