Crime Blotter: More charges filed in attempted murder case

Two men charged in late June with attempted murder of a Salisbury man have additionally been charged.
The Salisbury Police charged Rashad L. Young, 19, and William Maddox, 22, on July 15 with assault with a deadly weapon with the intent to kill inflicting serious injury.
Authorities said the two severely beat Jon Ross Gregory and stole a game system.

– Oscar Leby Bonilla reported on July 16 someone broke into his vehicle at 400 Mooresville Road.
– Tracy Lynn Silcox, 40, was charged July 14 with felony sell/deliver a controlled substance schedule II and felony possession of a controlled substance with the intent to manufacture schedule II at 413 N. Long St.
– Idonica Jasmine Burgos, 20, was charged July 14 with simple assault at 210 N. Main St.
– Joshua Deon Howard was charged July 14 with misdemeanor larceny at 1010 Freeland Drive.
– April Christine Evans, 28, was charged July 14 with misdemeanor concealment of merchandise at 112 S. Main St.
– Kent Douglas Harrington, 24, was charged July 13 with felony assault by strangulation at 1722 Bellevue Road.
– Chelsie Luann Shuping, 20, was charged July 14 with misdemeanor larceny at 323 S. Arlington St.
– Kristan Dawn Leonard, 19, was charged July 14 with misdemeanor larceny at 323 S. Arlington St.
– Airel Elese Massey, 18, was charged July 14 with misdemeanor larceny at 1935 W. Jake Alexander Blvd.
– Alicia Towell, 24, was charged July 15 with impaired driving at 1200 W. Jake Alexander Blvd.
– Christel Michelle Coe, 24, was charged July 15 with simple assault or affray at 1034 E. Lafayette St.
– Alfonso Melo Alvarez, 25, was charged July 15 with driving while impaired, 827 W. Jake Alexander Blvd.
– Willie Andre Bruce, 24, was charged July 16 with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance schedule VI at 1100 Old Plank Road.
