Blotter: Thief absconds with heat pump

Darrell Hurley reported someone stole the heat pump from his home at 1780 Weaver Rd.
– Donald Raymond Frick, 26, reported that someone broke into his Lincoln Town Car and stole items while it was parked at 1055 E. Ridge Rd.
