Rusty Alan Misenheimer of Salisbury graduated Dec. 21 from Appalachian State University with a bachelor’s degree in construction management and a minor in business.
A 2004 graduate of East Rowan High School, he is the son of Alan and Angie Misenheimer of Salisbury.
