Arrest made in robbery at ATM

A Salisbury man was charged with robbing a woman at gunpoint at a Cash Points ATM early Saturday morning.
The Salisbury Police charged Justin Dean Caldwell, 20, of 415 W. Franklin St., Apt. 7, with robbery with a dangerous weapon in connection with the robbery near Salisbury Mall.
Caldwell is being held in the Rowan County Detention Center under a $40,000 bond.
In 2007, Caldwell and another teen were charged with breaking into several businesses where cell phones were taken and stealing $2,000 worth of clothing from the Webb Road Flea Market.
