On Easy Street
You can put aside concerns about joblessness, foreclosure and the swine flu Saturday and be on Easy Street ó literally. That’s the name of the alley leading to F&M Trolley Barn and this weekend’s Art on Easy Street Summer Arts Festival. Children and parents can take part in Family Fun Day activities in the trolley barn from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. ó free of charge ó thanks to Waterworks Visual Arts Center, the Arts Council and their sponsors. Other activities going on all day include live music, more than 100 artists’ booths and more. Come reap what Salisbury’s rich arts community has sown.
