Sawyer Sherrill
A daughter, Sawyer Brooke, was born to Jeff and Charlene Freeze Sherrill of China Grove on April 23, 2009, at Carolinas Medical Center-NorthEast. She weighed 8 pounds, 3 ounces. Wesley Swanner

Payton Garrett
A daughter, Payton Aurora, was born to Keith and Courtney Vanhoy Garrett of Kannapolis on Feb. 12, 2009, at Carolinas Medical Center-University. She weighed 9 pounds, 2 ounces. She has two stepbrothers, Brayden 7, and Blake 6, and a stepsister, Breleigh, 3. Madalynne Sides
A daughter, Madalynne Lane, was born to Brent David and Kimberly Gilbert Sides of Salisbury on April 14, 2009, at Rowan Regional Medical Center. She weighed 7 pounds, 1 ounce. Grandparents are Judy Sides of Salisbury, Linda and Paul Rogers of Salisbury and the late Johnny Gilbert.
Madison Trexler
