Set the right example
Power Point ń Leadership is about setting the right example. When people see the leader doing the right thing, they will be motivated to follow that example without being told.
John Baldoni

Promote greatness as a leader
Power Point ń Keep away from people who belittle your ambitions. Small people always do that, but the really great make you feel that you, too, can become great.
Mark Twain
Power Thought ń What type of a leader are you? Do you encourage the people in your organization to reach their full potential? Sometimes the only thing that stands between a person attaining their dreams and reaching their full potential is a critical leader. Devote yourself to being your organizations catalyst for encouraging greatness!
Doug Dickerson
