Power Point: Leadership is about setting the right example. When people see the leader doing the right thing, they will be motivated to follow that example without being told.

Power Thought: Modeling leadership is important. It has less to do with words as it does with example. A person can talk all day, but if he doesn’t exemplify the characteristics of leadership he rightfully can’t expect others to follow. Imitation may be the may be the sincerest form of flattery, but hypocrisy in leadership is the sincerest form of a weak leader.
