Bayliff – Eagle

Randy and Pattie Bayliff of Lexington are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kristin Leigh Bayliff, to Bradley Scott Eagle of Rockwell.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Ruby Bayliff of Lexington. Kristin is a 2003 graduate of West Davidson High School and a 2007 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She is a kindergarten teacher at Rockwell Elementary with the Rowan Salisbury School System.
The future groom is the son of Martin and Jo Eagle and the grandson of Nina Clark, all of Salisbury. Brad is a 1997 graduate of East Rowan High School and a 2001 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He is a project manager for Summit Developers in Salisbury.
The couple will wed March 28 at Shiloh United Methodist Church in Lexington.

Boger – Stevens

The engagement is announced of Jesse James Boger, son of Jerry David Boger of Oklahoma City, Okla., and Patti Laws Blue of Rockwell, and Mandie Nicole Stevens, daughter of Jerry Fitzgerald and Debbie Sue Stevens of China Grove.
The future groom is a graduate of North Rowan High School and received a degree in Economics and History from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He is employed by Woodforest National Bank.
The future bride is a graduate of North Mecklenburg High School and is employed by Carolinas Health Systems.
The wedding is June 6 at 12:30 p.m. at The Springs in Denton.

Kepley – Wagoner

Rachelle Evan Kepley and Joshua Garrett Wagoner of Rockwell are pleased to announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Mr. Robert and Mrs. Linda Kepley of Rockwell. A 1998 graduate of East Rowan High School, Rachelle works for the Rowan-Salisbury School System.
The future groom is the son of Mr. Dewey and Mrs. Deanna Wagoner of Rockwell. A 1997 graduate of East Rowan High School, Joshua works for Freightliner.
The wedding will be held Feb. 21 at Grace Lowerstone Church.

Spencer – Carter

Rikki and Becky Spencer of Salisbury are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Carrie Rebecca Spencer, to Staton Summersett Carter, son of Summie and Debbie Carter of Salisbury.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Bryan and Joyce Spencer of Mouth of Wilson, Va., and the late Nancy T. Powell of West Jefferson. A 2000 graduate of West Rowan High School, Carrie received a degree in Elementary Education from East Carolina University in 2005. She teaches first grade at Knollwood Elementary School.
The future groom is the grandson of Don and the late Margaret S. Carter, Dr. Clyde and Libby Young and the late Lois R. Young, all of Salisbury. A 1998 graduate of West Rowan High School, Staton received a degree in Communications/ Public Relations from Appalachian State University in 2002. He is a licensed funeral director at Summersett Funeral Home.
The couple will wed March 21 at First United Methodist Church in Salisbury.
