– Felony probation violation ó Phil Albert Brown III, continue on probation under previous terms, CAAF; Stanley Wane Caviness, probation terminated; Kashif Kenneth Coleman, complete probation as ordered, remit fines and court cost, CAAF; Kristine Michelle Gantt, continue on probation under outlined conditions and curfew, CAAF; Wayne McArthur Hilton Jr., two charges, 8-to-10-month sentences invoked in each case to run concurrently at expiration of sentence he’s now serving; Clarence Jones, 5-to-6-month sentence invoked to run concurrently with sentence he’s now serving, jail credit; Rodney Markeith Jones, Matthew Reynolds Roig, Donna Denise Simmons, 6-to-8-month sentence invoked; Stephen Kennedy, three charges, continue on probation, remain employed and make payments; Jesse Lee Leazer, also felony probation violation out-of-county, PJC/C until Sept. 29; Wendy Helton Shaw, two charges, PJC/C until Oct. 10; Robbie Elaine Smith, 5-to-6-month sentence invoked, jail credit; Dana Tremayne Thomas, 4-to-5-month sentence invoked at defendant’s request; Sandra Clark Travis, 6-to-8-month sentence invoked at defendant’s request; Benjamin Joseph Wallace, two charges, continue on probation, submit to house arrest and six months intensive probation, can attend doctor appointments, not possession any illegal controlled substance or operate motor vehicle, drug testing, no contact with any person convicted of a felony or allow anyone who is charged with a felony in his house, CAAF; James Allen Walter, continue on probation under previous terms and conditions, probation extended six months; Alfred Ricky Taylor, 6-to-8-month sentence invoked to run concurrently with sentence he’s now serving; Charles M. Tallent, two charges, 12-to-15-month sentence invoked in one case, jail credit, DART program recommended, 6-to-8-month sentence invoked in second case at expiration of previous sentence, DART program recommended; Robert Franklin Rawls, 8-to-10-month sentence invoked at defendant’s request.
– Misdemeanor probation violation ó Barry Thomas Cummings, two charges, probation extended one year under previous terms and conditions; David Brent Fleming, three charges, two 150-day and one 20-day sentences invoked at defendant’s request with second and third at expiration of previous; Jonathan Nathaniel Gibson, probation terminated, also misdemeanor probation violation out-of-county, continue on probation, CAAF; Tonya D. Gillispie, 45-day sentence invoked, CAAF; Sara Dean Linder, continue on unsupervised probation, pay money due; Pamela Robbins Burris, two charges, 45-day and 30-day sentences invoked at defendant’s request, CAAF; Lisa Sherrill Hudson, 30-day sentence invoked at defendant’s request; Patricia Dawn Barbee, 120-day sentence invoked at defendant’s request to run concurrently with sentence she’s now serving, CAAF.
– Felony probation violation out-of-county ó Ashley Humphries Fox, two charges, continue on probation in one case, probation terminated in second case; Jacob Michael Sanner, 6-to-8-month sentence invoked at defendant’s request, CAAF.- Felony assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury ó Dustin Snow, also felony discharging weapon into occupied property, 25-39 months, jail credit, 30 months probation, serve five months in jail, SAA, no contact with co-defendant, prosecuting witness or any convicted felons, not possess any controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, contraband, stolen property, weapon and child pornography, warrantless searches, body testing, six months intensive probation once released from jail, court cost.
– Violation of court order ó Carlos Lamont Hicks, action abates due top death of defendant.
