Clarification
– An article in the Sept. 9 edition of the Salisbury Post incorrectly stated that Rowan County officials said they would borrow money for a central administration office for the Rowan-Salisbury School System. County leaders are in the process of talking with school officials about possibly borrowing money for a central office.
