– Felony breaking and/or entering ó Elizabeth Anne Merwin, also felony larceny, 8-10 months, suspended, suspended, five years probation due to large amount of restitution, serve 2a months in Rowan County Detention Center, jail credit, six months intensive probation, not possess any alcohol, controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, contraband, weapons, stolen property and pornography, warrantless searches for controlled substances and of computer, body testing, court cost, continue to attend Narcotics Anonymous, substance abuse assessment if probation officer feels it’s needed, no contact with co-defendant or victims, restitution, CAAF, also second charges felony breaking and/or entering and felony larceny, 8-10 months at expiration of first sentence, suspended, five years probation, same terms and conditions.
– Felony possession of weapon of mass destruction ó Brian Alexander Melendez, 16-20 months, suspended, five years probation including six months intensive probation, no contact with John Hardy or Jakeith Terry, be gainfully employed or enrolled in school full-time, not possess any weapon, controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, contraband, alcohol, stolen property or pornography, warrantless searches including computers he may own, body testing, $500 fine, court cost, $100 due by 5 p.m. court date and balance withing 30 days, CAAF.
– Felony attempted common law robbery ó Robin Raynard Bost, 13-16 months, jail credit, CAAF to be civil judgment, also felony second-degree kidnapping, 42-60 months, jail credit, CAAF to be civil judgment.
