Maverick Miles, who followed Bostian’s hit with a single of his own, came home on Ivan Corriher’s sacrifice fly off Randolph starter Tyler McSwain.South took a 1-0 lead in the second inning, when Walker Snow scored on an RBI double by Brett Huffman. Huffman went to third on an error.

Park allowed five hits and struck out two batters in four effective innings. Bostian, South’s center fielder, made two catches with his back against the wall in the first inning.
