– Felony trafficking in opium or heroin ó Willard Jackson Bellamy, three charges, also three charges felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell, deliver Schedule IV controlled substance, two charges felony maintaining vehicle, dwelling, place for controlled substance and one charge felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell, deliver a Schedule III controlled substance, 70-84 months, DART program recommended, work release if qualified, $50,000 fine, contraband to be destroyed, also three charges felony selling Schedule IV controlled substance, VD in all three cases.
– Driving while impaired ó Rick Stephen Kranz, 60 days, suspended 12 months, $100 fine, court cost, LDP, 24 hours CSW; Gerri Ewing Gibbs, 60 days, suspended, 12 months probation, $500 fine, court cost, 24 hours CSW.
– Felony possession of firearm by felon ó Donald Wayne Wise, three charges, also felony manufacturing of marijuana, felony possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, felony maintaining vehicle, dwelling, place for controlled substance and felony habitual felon, 80-105 months, contraband and weapon to be destroyed.
– Attempted failure to register as sex offender ó Terry Roger Aikens, 12-15 months, suspended, 24 months probation including six months intensive probation, court cost, CAAF, DNA sample.
– Felony assault inflicting serious injury ó Adam Seth Anderson, 13-16 months, suspended, 30 months probation, serve four months in jail, not to be housed with Robert Rainey or Tony Williams, court cost, CAAF, restitution with co-defendants, no contact with co-defendants or victim, DNA sample.
– Felony first-degree kidnapping ó Eric Laron McNeil, 20-33 months, jail credit, work release if qualified, also felony common law robbery, 10-12 months at expiration of first sentence, also felony larceny of motor vehicle, 6-8 months at expiration of second sentence, work release if qualified in all three cases, not to be housed in same facility as Christopher Cotton; Christopher Martin Cotton, also felony common law robbery and felony larceny of motor vehicle, 100-129 months, jail credit, not to be housed with Eric McNeil, restitution a condition of work release, NA.
