Langston Kelly
A son, Langston Andreas, was born to Anitra M. Neely Kelly and Kelvin L. Kelly Sr. on Feb. 11, 2008, at Rowan Regional Medical Center. He weighed 5 pounds, 12 ounces. He has three brothers, Kelvin, 15, Kenyad, 14 and Zaire, 2, and a sister, Yolanda, 9. Grandparents are Linda and Reginald Vincent Sr., Michael Neely, and Rebecca Kelly, all of Salisbury. Great-grandparents are Barbara and George Neely, Cleveland Jimerson, and Phyllis Vincent, all of Salisbury. Helen Currence Bennett of Salisbury is great-great-grandparent.
Spencer Ousley
A son, Spencer Evan, was born to Joel and Beth Ousley of Salisbury on Dec. 5, 2007, at Rowan Regional Medical Center. He weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces. He has a brother, Jacob, 3. Grandparents are Mickey and Jennifer Ousley of Granite Quarry, Bennie Lefler of Salisbury and the late Jeanette Ward Lefler. Great-grandparents are Mary J. A daughter, Isabelle Grace, was born to Sarah and Stu Stepp of Salisbury on Feb. 1, 2008, at Rowan Regional Medical Center. She weighed 8 pounds, 2 ounces. She has a sister, Emmaline Steele, 3. Grandparents are Mike and Emily Hounshell of Salisbury, Salley and Stuart Stepp of Brevard and Tom and Linda Allen of Lexington. Great-grandparents are Polly Moore of Hendersonville and Dal and Louise Hounshell of Franklinton, La.
Eve Wesley
A daughter, Eve Alexandra, was born to Amy and Cameron Wesley of Matthews on Feb. 9, 2008, at Carolinas Medical Center, Charlotte. She weighed 6 pounds 2 ounces. Grandparents are Nancy and Larry Voyzey of Hollidaysburg, Pa., Susan Wesley of Salisbury, and Tom Wesley of Myrtle Beach, S. C.

He has a sister, Gracie Nicole, 3. Grandparents are Daryl and Tina Keller, Barry and Lisa McDonald and Duane and Vickie Gorman, all of Salisbury. She has a sister, Raley Camille, 3. Grandparents are Clarence and Sarah Jones of Salisbury, Deborah Curry and Ronald Dennis, both of Hampton, Va. Great-grandparents are Malinda Jones of East Spencer and Pauline Mercer of Hampton, Va.

Griffin Evans
A son, Griffin Alexander, was born to Blake and Linn Evans of Salisbury on Jan. 31, 2008, at Carolinas Medical Center-NorthEast. He weighed 7 pounds, 3 ounces. He has two sisters, Emerson, 4, and Leighton 2. Grandparents are Chris Littleton and Betty Evans, both of Salisbury, the late Bill Littleton and the late Gerald Evans. Great-grandparents are Louise Rossi and Helen Jones, both of Salisbury.
