Randy Hall has completed a purchase from his partner in the former Tire and Auto Center at 1616 Jake Alexander Blvd.
Hall bought the property next to the Farmhouse Restaurant for $1.2 million after earlier buying the business, which is now called Randy Hall Automotive. RKH Properties of Salisbury LLC is the entity listed as purchasing the property from Mark and Ashley Honeycutt, according to a deed filed in the Register of Deeds office on Jan. 8.
Hall, who has worked in automotives since 1975 and has been with the business since it opened six years ago, said he bought out his partner two years ago. That’s the same time it became a NAPA Autocare center. They deal with Bridgestone, Firestone, Dayton, Michelin, Uniroyal and other tire brands.
The business is open 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Friday and the phone numbers are 704-633-2223 and 704-636-7380.
The property is just under an acre and the land and building had an assessed value of $432,728 on the Rowan County Geographic Information System Web site.
