Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Harold Buchanan and Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Walters, all of Salisbury.
Dylan Carter
A son, Dylan Abner, was born to Deborah and Douglas Carter of Salisbury on Dec. 13, 2007, at Rowan Regional Medical Center. He weighed 8 pounds, 2 ounces. Grandparents are Bill and Gail Carter of Salisbury and Manuel and Natalie Morais of Dartmouth, Mass. Edith Morais of East Providence, R.I., is great-grandparent.
Jeselyn Meismer
A daughter, Jeselyn Grace, was born to Brittany N. Meadows Meismer and Ryan M. Meismer of Granite Quarry on Nov. 27, 2007, at Lexington Memorial Hospital. She weighed 7 pounds, 12.7 ounces. Grandparents are Kimberly Jones and Jimmy and Barbara Meismer of Salisbury. Great- grandparents are Jesse and Linda Jones of Salisbury.
Kendal Sifford
