SPENCER ó C.P. Morgan, a Charlotte-based developer, is planning its first community, called Beauregard, with 17 lots for sale at the Craft Development property.
Homebuyers can select from homes featuring ranch or two-story floor plans with options that include hearth rooms, studies, butler pantries and sunrooms.
The Traditions homes at Beauregard range from 2,200 to 5,000 square feet and from $190,000 to $260,000 in price.
“The older, established neighborhood surrounding Beauregard provides the distinct atmosphere of a settled community,” said Matt Roesch, director of sales for C.P. Morgan in Charlotte. “Beauregard’s location, in addition to the homes available, offers an exceptional value to homebuyers.”
“Beauregard provides homeowners with a convenient setting amid the small town atmosphere of Spencer and the dynamic surroundings of the city of Salisbury,” added Roesch.
The neighboring Country Club of Salisbury gives homeowners the opportunity to participate in the club’s many member benefits including golf, tennis and swimming.
Students on Beauregard Drive will attend Overton Elementary School, Knox Middle School and Salisbury High School.
The sales office at C.P. Morgan’s Drummond Village community, another Craft Development property just off Jake Alexander Boulevard on Stokes Ferry Road, is open Monday through Friday from noon to 7 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Call 704-642-0978 for more information or visit www.CPMorgan.com.
