Helen H. Correll
Helen Honeycutt Correll, 85, Kannapolis, died June 19, 2007, at Transitional Health Services of Kannapolis after a lengthy illness.
Born Feb. 17, 1922, in Cabarrus County, Mrs. Correll was a daughter of the late Curtis E. and Cladie Bullaboy Honeycutt.
She retired after working for years in the Sheet Department of Cannon Mills Plant 1.
She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, the Ladies Auxiliary of Poston-Perkins VFW Post 8989 and the Sacred Heart Club.
Her daughter, Cathy Correll Solomon, preceded her in death.
Survivors include C. Mokey Correll, North Myrtle Beach, S.C.; sister Vivian Daniels, Concord; brother Morrison “Bob” Honeycutt, Concord; a granddaughter; and four great-grandchildren.
A service was held Friday (June 22, 2007) at Whitley’s Funeral Home. Burial, Carolina Memorial Park.
