Clarence Stewart Jr.
Clarence Stewart Jr., 77, 410 Airport Road, died Nov. 21, 2006, at The Laurels of Salisbury.
Born Oct. 15, 1929, in Rowan County, Mr. Stewart was a son of the late Clarence and Annie Wilhelm Stewart.
He was a member of Truth Temple and served in the U.S. Army in Korea.
He retired after more than 30 years with Royal Crown Bottling Co.
Survivors include wife Faye Fowler Stewart; daughter Carmen Strickland, China Grove; and two grandchildren.
A service was held Friday (Nov. 24, 2006) at Truth Temple, conducted by the Rev. Garland Faw and the Rev. Joel Fowler Jr. Burial, West Lawn Memorial Park.
Lady’s Funeral Home & Crematory was in charge.
