Jackie D. Crisco
Jackie Dale Crisco, 57, 3525 Linn Ave., died Sunday (Nov. 26, 2006) at his home. He was a cancer survivor but had been in declining health for several years.
Born Nov. 11, 1949, in Iredell County, Mr. Crisco was a son of the late Jack Nolan and Agnes Torrence Crisco.
He worked as a fixer in the Weave Room of Cannon Mills Plant 4 and later for T.J.’s Taxi Service.
Grandsons Derek and Alex Kerr preceded him in death.
Survivors include daughter Angela Crisco Kerr, of the home; son Michael “Mike” Crisco, China Grove; stepchildren Brandy and Scotty Kerr, both of Kannapolis; brothers Terry Crisco, Kannapolis, and Tony Crisco, Fresno, Calif.; sister Gail Foutz, Davidson; and grandson Wesley Kerr, of the home.
A service was held Tuesday (Nov. 28, 2006) at Whitley’s Funeral Home, conducted by the Rev. Stan Welch.
