Joshua Hastings
A son, Joshua David, was born to Jan Trexler and Wesley Hastings of Salisbury on May 5, 2007, at NorthEast Medical Center. He weighed 4 pounds. Grandparents are John and Brenda Trexler of Salisbury and David and Bobby Hastings of Woodleaf. Mildred Kesler of Salisbury is great-grandparent.
Emory Huff
A daughter, Emory Grace, was born to Bryan and Jillian Forrest Huff of Raleigh on May 17, 2007, at Rex Hospital. She weighed 6 pounds, 7 ounces. Grandparents are Steven and Pam Forrest of Woodleaf, Karen Draughn of Mocksville and J.D. Huff of North Wilkesboro. Great-grandparents are Bobby and Marlene Kepley of Salisbury, Harold and Betty Tucker and Connie Forrest, all of Lexington, and James and Margie Hartsell of Cleveland.
Chance Myers
A son, Chance Alan, was born to Patrick and Jamie Myers of Salisbury on May 9, 2007, at Rowan Regional Medical Center. He weighed 7 pounds, 9 ounces. He has a brother, Dustin Patrick, 16 months, and a sister, Lindsay Nicole, 9. Grandparents are Patty Myers and Sue Brady, both of Salisbury, the late James Alan Myers and the late David Alan Brady. Great-grandparents are Hilda Walker of Salisbury and Jean Brady of Gold Hill.
Marshal Faw
A son, Marshal Dale, was born to Chris and Summer Faw of China Grove on May 14, 2007, at NorthEast Medical Center. He weighed 8 pounds, 12 ounces. He has a sister, McKinley Nicole, 3. Grandparents are Ron and Kathy Nelms of China Grove, Ernie Faw of Landis, and Johnnie and Tammy Guinn of Kannapolis. Great-grandparents are Clyde and Gurline Beaver and Ernest Faw, all of Landis, and Manzie Nelms, Bobbie and Frances Cook, Cornelia Guinn, and Jimmy and Phyllis Strickland, all of Kannapolis.
