Kyra Roberts

A daughter, Kyra Kennedy, was born to Kiyana and Keith Roberts on Jan. 22, 2007, at Rowan Regional Medical Center. She weighed 6 pounds, 12 ounces. Grandparents are Kenneth and Sandra Roberts of Atlanta and Cynthia Wade and Michael Wade of Orangeburg, S.C. Ida King of Wilmington is great-grandparent.

Mitchell Allen

A son, Mitchell Lee, was born to David Lee and Angela Davis Allen of Salisbury on Dec. 23, 2006, at Forsyth Medical Center. He weighed 8 pounds. He has a sister, Claire Julia, 4. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. E.L. “Sonny” Allen Jr. and Patricia Davis, all of Salisbury, the late Arvile Davis and the late Charles Marvin Pearson.

Douglas Alley

A son, Douglas Ray, was born to Cindy Goodman and Keith Alley of Salisbury on Jan. 23, 2007, at NorthEast Medical Center. He weighed 7 pounds. He has two brothers, Ryan Alley, 17, and Christopher Atkins, 14, and a sister, Skyler Atkins, 7. Grandparents are Wayne and Carol Alley of China Grove and the late Douglas Goodman. Great-grandparents are Thelma Vanzant of Mooresville, and H. Ray Goodman and Ruby Livengood, both of Salisbury.
