ATLANTA — Jeff Carter scored two goals, including the game-winner with 1:02 remaining, as the Philadelphia Flyers snapped a nine-game losing streak with a
2-1 win over the Atlanta Thrashers on Sunday.
It was also Philadelphia goalie Antero Nittymaki’s first win since a 3-2 victory on Nov. 30, snapping a personal 15-game skid.
