MOBILE, Ala. — Kannapolis will probably have a former A.L. Brown Wonder in the NFL next season.

Aundrae Allison, a receiver for East Carolina, made the most of his time in the Senior Bowl on Saturday as his North team routed the South 27-0.

The spotlight was on the quarterbacks: Ohio State’s Troy Smith, Florida’s Chris Leak and Notre Dame’s Brady Quinn.

Quinn didn’t play due to an injury and Smith led the winning South team. Leak struggled.

In fact, a Leak miscue gave Allison a chance to score.

Early in the second quarter, Leak was blindsided by Nebraska’s Jay Moore and fumbled at his own 26. The turnover set up a seven-yard touchdowm pass from Michigan State’s Drew Stanton to Allison, who beat Alabama State’s Michael Coe.

Allison finished the game with two catches for 22 yards.
