Donald King of Rockwell has won $25,000 in the instant scratch-off game “Wild Card Cash” of the North Carolina Education Lottery.

Since Friday, NCEL players won big prizes totaling more than half a million dollars in “Carolina Cash 5” and Powerball. The NCEL also paid out approximately $4.2 million last week to instant scratch-off ticket players.
