I am glad that the Rowan County Board of Commissioners is making it tough on adult businesses to open in Rowan County. These are shameful places and should not be allowed anywhere. I have a question, though. What about Second Breath on Webb Road? There are houses surrounding it, and it was allowed to open. What about the quarter-mile safe zone?
