Kimberly Beaver Perry

SALISBURY – Mrs. Kimberly Beaver Perry, 49, of Salisbury, died Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2006 at her residence after being in declining health for 6 months, but death was unexpected.

Born Sept. 11, 1957 in Salisbury, she was the daughter of the late Ray Bernard and Doris Isenhour Beaver. She was educated in the China Grove schools and graduated from South Rowan High School Class of 1975.

She was formerly employed at the Lutheran Home at Trinity Oaks until she started caring for her invalid daughter to whom she then devoted her life. Mrs. Perry was a member of the First United Methodist Church of China Grove and she was an avid card player.

Mrs. Perry is survived by her husband, Ray L. Perry, whom she married Dec. 31, 1983; daughter, Rebecca Ann “Becky” Perry of the home; sister Kelly Jarrett and her husband Dana of Kannapolis; brother, Joel Beaver and his wife Lori of Salisbury; maternal grandmother, Pauline Isenhour of Concord and numerous nieces and nephews.

Service: Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday at the Summersett Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Vance Lowe, pastor of the First United Methodist Church of China Grove officiating. Interment will follow at Westlawn Memorial Park, China Grove.

Visitation: The family will receive friends at the Summersett Funeral Home from 6-8 p.m. tonight.
