investigation led to their arrests.Ginger
Sheree Plyler, 19, of 2412 Millie St., Kannapolis, is being held on a $5,000 secured bond
after being charged with trafficking in cocaine, conspiracy to traffic in cocaine, sell
and deliver marijuana, and possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana.

Sheriffs Department, Plyler sold marijuana to undercover officers on a previous
date.
Glenn Dwayne Tuck, 35, of 1012 East 10th St.,
Kannapolis, William Howard Raposa, 39, of 1315 Klondale Ave., Ext., Kannapolis, and Mark
Douglas Smith, 37, of 710 State Road, China Grove, are all in the detention center on a
$15,000 secured bond for trafficking and conspiracy to traffic cocaine.
The four arrests were made Wednesday in the 600
block of Enochville Avenue after two ounces of powder cocaine, valued at $5,600, were sold
to undercover officers, according to sheriffs reports.
The four allegedly sold drugs in the parking lots
of businesses along Enochville Avenue.

amount of cocaine seized.
In addition to the confiscation of the drugs,
deputies seized $1,600 in currency and two older model pickup trucks.
The Mooresville Police Department and members of
Rowan County ABCenforcement were also involved in the investigation and making the
