The Cleveland Lions Club Brunswick Stew is Saturday, Nov. 1, 11 a.m.-3 p.m. (or until sold out) at the Cleveland Lions Den on Cemetery Street. The fundraiser, a tradition of more than 40 years, helps the hearing and visually impaired in the area, state and around the world. 

The stew’s contents — chicken, beef, pork, potatoes, onions, crushed tomatoes and other vegetables — are slow cooked into a hearty stew that warms the body. Dining in is $7; and takeout is $7 per quart, $13 per half gallon, and $25 per gallon.
