Innovative leader will find viable solutions for Rowan

There is no question the upcoming election results are important for Rowan County. While signs of economic recovery are all around us, Rowan’s economy remains lagging if not stagnant. The challenges facing our community are real and require positive leadership leading us to viable long term solutions.

A number of candidates running for county commissioner talk about creating jobs and improving schools and economy, but only Greg Edds has produced and made public a specific, detailed, written plan to address and strengthen our struggling economy. Our community desperately needs innovative leadership that can appreciate the unique challenges facing our county and lead us in a direction that will benefit both our cities and county.

It is time to get our local economy moving again. Please join my wife Kim and me in supporting and voting for Greg Edds on Nov. 4th. Thank you.

Experience counts for clerk

A vote for Jeff Barger for clerk of court would be a vote of confidence in the office. If you have ever needed the services of that office, you know what it means to have the professional service you get. I have needed those services four times in my life and have always been treated with the most compassion and professional service I could have hoped for. Going into that office always made me sad, and I came away feeling they had made things so much easier for me.

Vote for the experience that Jeff Barger has in that office and his staff that gives him the respect he deserves. Many years of experience against someone who has never been in that office should stand for something. Please don’t send someone into that office that has never sat in that chair or held a political office. Vote Jeff Barger for Clerk of Court.

Successful, passionate man

I’ve known Greg Edds for many years, I have dealt with him in a business relationship and in a personal relationship. Greg is passionate about everything that he is involved in. I’ve had the opportunity to see him as a family man, his strong beliefs have helped him in being a great husband, father, and leader in his family.

I know the work he put in his children for them to be successful in anything they do, and that shows he is concerned about our future here in Rowan County. He is very successful in his business and has been rewarded for his efforts with many accolades.

Greg is meticulous, he is always prepared and ready to defend and lead when and where possible. People like Greg Edds is what Rowan County needs at this time, one who can articulate, one who leads, one who will be prepared, and one who will help others like him lead Rowan County into the future! Citizens of Rowan County go to the polls early and vote Greg Edds!
