Ditto Kitty Chadwick and Kim Fahs regarding Fibrant.
I am not a newcomer; however I went with Fibrant almost from its beginning. I have been very pleased; rare outages, courteous and helpful techs, if I have a question. The price is right, which is a nice reason. Can’t say the same for my former company.
That said, I think we should support our local utility.
