Fibrant fabulous to this newcomer
Hey, Salisbury! Wake up and smell the savings, and experience real customer service.
We recently moved to Salisbury and, due to our familiarity in Charlotte with another company, we contacted them for TV and Internet service. Our home is almost 50 years old and presented some challenges. The other company’s representative seemed less than eager to help us find a solution and we felt we were basically left to our own devices.
Fortunately, I had kept the number for a Fibrant salesman with whom I had previously spoken. He was extremely courteous and professional, like everyone we have come in contact with at Fibrant.
Long story short, Fibrant was able to overcome all of the problems we had, and at no extra cost to us. We also felt as if Fibrant really wanted to get and keep our business. There was no installation charge, our monthly fees are considerably less and our Internet speed is considerably faster than comparable service from that other company. And, we are supporting the city of Salisbury by using Fibrant.
Special thanks to Billy, Allen, Randy and Todd.
Do yourself a favor and try Fibrant. Their “customer service” really is customer service and they cost less than that other company!

Sound decisions
I have known Gene Miller for almost 25 years, first as a good friend and colleague, and later as a fair and compassionate supervisor at the school district where I worked. Gene’s background is in banking, financial management and school construction, skills that would be very helpful to have on the Board of County Commissioners right now. His administrative experience with four different school districts — from very small to very large — gives him a strong advantage in understanding and making sound decisions about educational issues.
I personally know Gene to be a thoughtful and caring individual, and the kind of person who can always be trusted to do what is best for the citizens of our county. I firmly believe that Rowan County will be well-served by electing him to the board.
The future of Rowan County will almost certainly be decided by the results of this November’s election. If we fail to choose strong candidates with the background and experience necessary to make the right choices, nothing will change and our community will continue to suffer for years to come. This November I will be voting for jobs, economic progress and better government by voting for Gene Miller for Rowan County commissioner.
