Roommates face drug charges

Two Salisbury men are facing drug charges for having marijuana in their townhome.

Jacob Woodby, 37, and Charles Edward Wilson, 49, of the 1300 block of Larchmont Place, were charged with marijuana possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver; possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a vehicle, dwelling or place for marijuana sales.

According to arrest reports, 16 marijuana plants were found in their two-story brick townhome, as well as a red glass smoking pipe and a set of scales Saturday.

Woodby was also charged with carrying a concealed weapon – a silver and black switchblade-style knife.

Both men were issued a $5,000 bond.

Salisbury pair face drug charges

Two Salisbury men face burglary charges after they broke into a Salisbury home.

Travon Marquis Ellis, 19, and Maliek Raheem Bryant, 19, were charged with second degree burglary, possession of burglary tools and conspiracy to commit larceny. They had a cell phone with a flashlight and a deer hunting mask.

Both men were issued a $50,000 bond.

Salisbury woman tries to obtain Walmart gift card by false pretenses

A Salisbury woman tried to exchange unpaid merchandise for a $420.47 gift card at Walmart, according to police.

Moriah Linez Duren, 18, was charged with obtaining property by false pretenses.

She was issued a $2,500 bond.
