Every country that ever existed has had borders. A country that does not defend its borders will eventually be taken over by a people who will defend its borders.
Today, in most countries, if you cross their borders accidentally or on purpose, you will probably end up in jail. You will not be given money, a job, an education, free medical care, a food card or even a mobile phone.
If there is no border security you are not secure in your home. Your children or loved ones are not secure.
The first priority of government is to protect and defend its people. Your government is unable or is unwilling to defend the American way of life. The country where you grew up is changing daily. If my parents were alive today they would not believe the utter failure of government to protect and defend this country and way of life.
It is not a humanitarian act to allow any and all people who come to our borders to enter simply because they desire to. The states do not have the resources and government does not have the resources to handle unfettered immigration.
The government’s $17 trillion debt is only the tip of the iceberg if you take into account Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Obamacare, entitlement programs, unemployment, public retirement programs, public assistance programs etc. Payment of just the interest on government’s debt is staggering.
There must be something afoot here. Why would our leaders let this happen — that is, the careless, almost complete disregard and use of taxpayer money? They have a “there’s no tomorrow, let tomorrow take care of itself” attitude reflecting total incompetence.
Surely it can’t be just for the votes of these people. I’m not sure about the why, but I do know your liberty and freedom are at risk.
