Were you one of the lucky ones who got a 10-minute rain shower last night? We have an even greater chance of rain today, a 60 percent chance of rain and thunderstorms, but mainly this afternoon.
Still, it will be a cloudy day with a high of 85 and calm wind. Tonight we have a 50 percent chance of showers and storms with a low around 67.
The air quality is moderate for particle pollution today and good for ozone, and the same is expected for Friday.
Friday’s another partly sunny day, with a high near 86 and just a 30 percent chance of rain and a breeze from the north northwest. Only a 20 percent chance of precipitation Friday night, with a low around 67.
Saturday and Sunday should be all right, but hot. A mere 20 percent chance of showers and storms, but mostly sunny and near 88. Same chance of rain Saturday night, with a low of just 70.
Sunday, partly sunny and hot, with a high near 89. Sunday night, welcome back our old friend, the 30 percent chance of showers and storms, with a sticky low around 72.
Hot again on Monday, near 91, under partly sunny skies, with the 30 percent chance of rain. Same chance Monday night and around 72 for a low again.
More of the same for Tuesday, with a high of 89. Tuesday’s low will be 67, and the chance for showers and storms increases to 40 percent.
The high will be a bit lower Wednesday, around 85, with the 30 percent chance of rain.
