Lee Street Theatre announces auditions for “The Complete History of America (abridged),” for three multitalented performers of any age, race, or gender. The ability to play a musical instrument is a plus, as well as any improv/vaudeville/circus skills.

This is a free event that offers real hands-on training in wilderness survival for Hunger Games enthusiasts and the general public. Register and participate on-site for training in camouflage face painting, building a fire, finding your way, emergency first aid, making shelter, and more.
You may come dressed as your favorite Hunger Games character. There will be door prizes. After the event participants will be prepared to excel in the upcoming Regional Final Challenge and Event at the Cabarrus Arena on Oct. 13.

Scholarships are available.
Salisbury Super Strings is open to string students who have completed at least two years of the After-School Strings program or have had at least one year of private instruction or for those who audition successfully with the director. Rehearsals are held at Southeast Middle School on Wednesdays from 4-5 p.m.
