Several community Easter egg hunts have been called off today because of the weather, but not all.
Despite the rain, Landmark Church’s Saturday Easter activities will go on.
A representative from the church said that although the activities will be moved indoors, the church will still hold its Easter egg hunt from 2 to 4 p.m. The church is located at 1910 Mooresville Rd. in Salisbury.
Immanuel Lutheran Church is delaying its Easter egg hunt. It will be held tomorrow around 8:45 a.m., after the church’s Easter breakfast. The church’s address is 2070 Emanuel Church Road in Rockwell.
Easter egg hunts at the North Carolina Transportation Museum, Dan Nicholas Park, Lazy 5 Ranch and Dunn’s Mountain Baptist Church have been cancelled due to today’s rain.
