Suspect arrested in triple murder in Concord

Three women have died in a shooting in Concord and a suspect has been charged.
On Wednesday, at 12:40 p.m. the Cabarrus County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call from a resident on Geneva Drive in Concord about a gunshot wound that just occurred. Deputies found three women who had been shot, each in a different residence.
Several witnesses on the scene gave deputies information on a possible suspect, Darryl Angelo Anderson, 37, was found near the scene and taken to the Cabarrus County Sheriff’s Office, where he was interviewed.
Anderson was charged with three counts of murder and is in the Cabarrus County jail with no bond.
The women who were killed have been identified as Sheila Serrano, Sharon Cox and Jessica Cox. The suspect and the three victims knew each other.
