Meet ‘Leaving Tuscaloosa’ author Saturday downtown

Don’t miss the chance to see and hear Walter Bennett, author of the moving civil rights-era novel, “Leaving Tuscaloosa.”

The book was a finalist for the Bellwether prize in 2010, for an unpublished narrative that focuses on social change. It was published in 2012 and reviewed in the Salisbury Post on May 19 of this year.


Bennett will be at Literary Bookpost on Saturday, Nov. 16, 1-3 p.m., to share and sign his book.
