KANNAPOLIS – Kannapolis Fire Department is assisting the Cabarrus Detachment 1175 Marine Corps League Toys for Tots Campaign as a collection site for Kannapolis and surrounding areas.

Donations of new, unwrapped toys and games can be dropped off at Kannapolis Fire Station 1 (300 Firehouse Drive) in the administrative office between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Donated items will be collected through Dec. 16, and will be used by USMC Toys for Tots representatives to spread holiday cheer to Kannapolis-area children during Christmas.

Kannapolis Fire Department will be a collections-only site and will not be a distribution center for toys for the community this year.

This is the fourth year that Kannapolis Fire Department has served as a collection site for the Cabarrus Detachment 1175 Marine Corps League Toys for Tots Campaign.
